About
Following an amazing "Painting with Light" Bullseye Glass workshop in 2004 in Portland, Oregon I began working in fused glass.

My current glass technique evolved from the serendipitous purchase of a custom Bullseye glass called: Clear with broken black stringer.
Clear with broken black stringer
Each sheet of this 3 mm glass is unique and creates the starting line design template for the work I do. Plate shapes are cut from this glass. Thin colored glass is cut and layered above and below this lined clear glass. The patterns and designs that emerge along with carefully chosen titles (plates) encourage the broadening of perceptional imagination.
Choosing the palette for "Entwined with Ardor" and the finished fired and slumped piece
I currently live in Seattle and work out of a small studio in my home.
